RJ Consultores by TOTVS, a Brazil-based provider of IT solutions for passenger road transport, needed a better way to support its Revenue Management and dynamic pricing capabilities for its totalBUS product. As its business scaled across 10 countries and millions of daily ticket sales, the company turned to Google Cloud Platform and Vertex AI to help build a cloud-based solution that could handle complex data, AI, and machine-learning needs.

Google Cloud Platform implemented an integrated set of services, including Vertex AI, Cloud Build, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, and Compute Engine, to automate pipelines and streamline development. The result was faster end-to-end delivery with no downtime or integration errors, the ability to monitor 30+ processes at once, and more efficient processing of batches with over 40 million records for its largest client, freeing the team to focus more on strategy and analytics.
