Google Cloud Platform, working with partner Aviato Consulting, helped Cake Equity build smarter BigQuery views, improve data integrity, and automate document classification and data population with machine learning. The result was a dramatic reduction in onboarding time from four days to about 10 seconds, while lowering manual error rates from as high as 20% to around 1% and freeing teams to focus on higher-value customer support.
