Resonai, an Israeli AI and computer vision startup, needed a scalable way to manage more than 1,000 terabytes of building data while powering its Vera platform for digital twins, AR experiences, and smart building operations. With Looker and Google Cloud technologies, Resonai aimed to help mall owners and other property operators better understand customer behavior and improve building management.

Looker helped Resonai give mall operators clear dashboards and real-time insight into shopper interactions, including sessions, pinatas popped, coupons saved, and coupons used. Using Looker alongside BigQuery and other Google Cloud services, Resonai improved navigation features, supported faster product iteration, and enabled new revenue streams for shopping malls; the company also reported that the platform now stores 1,000+ terabytes and helps drive richer AR experiences and more efficient facilities management.
