Rebellion Pay, a Madrid-based neobank, wanted to make mobile banking more transparent and trustworthy as its user base grew to more than 200,000 customers. To address transaction anxiety and reduce fraud concerns, the company worked with Google Cloud Platform and Snowdrop Solutions, using Google Maps Platform in its app to show detailed, real-time location data for card payments.

Google Cloud Platform helped Rebellion Pay implement geolocated transaction features using Google Places, Maps Static API, and Geocoding API, allowing users to see exactly where and when purchases occurred. The results included a 20% reduction in customer service calls, a fivefold increase in incoming funds, and stronger customer trust and brand image.
