Raycatch Reducing infrastructure costs for AI-led renewable energy tech by 80%

Raycatch, a digital platform in Israel that uses AI to help customers optimize solar assets and maximize ROI, needed a more scalable and reliable way to process large volumes of solar data each day. Its previous cloud setup caused performance issues, downtime, and limited its ability to handle the data required for daily analysis, prompting the company to move to Google Cloud Platform with support from Google Cloud Partner DoiT International.

Google Cloud Platform implemented Google Compute Engine, Google Cloud Bigtable, Cloud Load Balancing, and autoscaling to support Raycatch’s containerized, data-intensive workflows. The result was a 60x reduction in work required for analyses, processing time cut from three days to under five hours, and infrastructure costs reduced by 80%, while also giving Raycatch the flexibility to take on more clients and projects.
