Rapido, a mobile app-based two-wheeler taxi service in India, was growing quickly but was held back by a multi-cloud setup that created latency, outages, and operational complexity. The company needed a more agile, reliable platform to support its ride-hailing app, new delivery services, and a distributed workforce, and it worked with Looker as part of its broader data and cloud analytics approach.

Looker helped Rapido build a stronger data-driven foundation on Google Cloud, supporting better analysis and faster decision-making as the business expanded. With this solution, Rapido moved 98% of its apps and workloads to Google Cloud, launched new services in just two weeks, and increased release speed to about 15 minor updates per day plus one major app update every two weeks.
