Randstad Transforming sales analytics pipelines for better leads

Randstad, the world’s largest HR services provider, needed a better way to manage siloed customer and prospect data and improve the timing and relevance of its sales outreach. To solve this, Randstad worked with Google Cloud Platform and partner ML6, using solutions including BigQuery and Vertex AI to build a more data-driven approach for its global sales teams.

Google Cloud Platform helped Randstad create Signal, a customized CRM and sales portal that combines internal and external data to generate actionable insights. The results were significant: successful sales outreach increased from 25% to 70%, access to AI/ML scaled from two pilot countries to 39 countries, and BigQuery centralized data management while reducing IT maintenance demands.
