Primer Group Transforming workflow processes through the efficiency of Google Workspace

Primer Group of Companies, a Philippines-based consumer goods distributor with about 4,000 employees across multiple countries, needed a more reliable and efficient way to support communication, file sharing, and collaboration as it expanded internationally. To overcome the limits of external hard drives, multiple communication channels, and its legacy email system, the company turned to Google Cloud Platform’s Google Workspace, working with Google Cloud partner Kollab.

Google Cloud Platform implemented Google Workspace to centralize communication and improve workflows across Primer Group. The results included up to 70% time savings in document authoring through real-time collaboration, 30 GB Gmail storage per employee, fewer scheduling conflicts, improved access to emails during downtime, and up to 40% cost savings after moving ERP to Google Cloud Platform.
