Looker helped Pet Circle uncover the value of next-day delivery and guide investment in new fulfillment centers and its own metropolitan delivery fleet. With Looker and Google Cloud, Pet Circle reduced delivery times from 5–7 days to 1–2 days, built a last-mile delivery platform in under four months, expanded from 2 to 4 fulfillment centers, and now supports more than 2 million monthly website visitors with better insights and more efficient operations.
