It turned to Google Cloud Platform to improve service stability, DevOps efficiency, and data management across its online retail operations.

Google Cloud Platform helped PChome migrate key systems to Compute Engine and Google Kubernetes Engine, use BigQuery for faster analytics, and adopt Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, and Google Workspace for visibility and collaboration. The results included launching 8,000 instances in 15 minutes, zero downtime during traffic surges up to 20x normal volume, DDoS response times cut from three days to 10 minutes, and faster daily reporting that improved marketing and customer retention.
