Optimove, an Israel-based relationship marketing software company, needed to scale its SaaS platform and data-heavy operations for more than 500 customers worldwide while reducing the burden on internal teams. To address growth, security, and compliance challenges, Optimove turned to Google Cloud Platform and Google Cloud managed services to modernize its infrastructure and support its event-driven, customer-data platform.

Google Cloud Platform helped Optimove move key workloads to GKE, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, and Dataflow, enabling more efficient data ingestion, easier audits, and centralized operations. The results included 40% to 60% faster execution times after moving from on-premises to GKE, support for 10K events per second versus 1K previously, and improved scalability, performance, and team productivity.
