OnlineTours, Russia’s first and largest online travel agency, wanted to turn its large but siloed data—call-center transactions and Google Analytics web logs—into actionable insight to better identify customer intent and grow sales without expanding infrastructure or call-center resources.
Partnering with OWOX, OnlineTours used the OWOX BI Pipeline to consolidate data in Google BigQuery, enabling easy querying by managers and automated, personalized email campaigns. The effort converted 15% of personalized emails into sales, reduced reliance on telephone marketing, and unlocked further cloud projects (Cloud Vision, Cloud Storage) to improve operations.
