OnlineSales.ai Empowering global businesses with retail media solutions on the cloud

OnlineSales.ai, an AI-driven retail media platform in India, wanted to support a global expansion while improving the speed and efficiency of its ad serving and AI analytics. The company needed faster data processing, lower latency, and a smoother cloud transition to help retailers deliver targeted ads in real time. It worked with Google Cloud Platform and its partner Niveus Solutions on the migration.

Google Cloud Platform implemented BigQuery, Cloud Load Balancing, GKE, Memorystore, and Dataproc to modernize OnlineSales.ai’s infrastructure. The results included cutting ad server response time by 30% from 80 ms to 55 ms, reducing data warehouse query time by more than 60% from eight seconds to three seconds, and saving two full days of manual provisioning during peak periods. The migration was completed in four months with zero downtime, while also helping reduce overall computing costs.
