A Google Cloud Platform Case Study
OneAD, a Taipei‑based advertising technology company, helps brands and publishers target consumers with data‑driven online video ads. Faced with surging growth, a fragmented digital market, and the need to process massive audience data while delivering near‑100% uptime and more precise ML‑driven targeting, OneAD required a scalable, high‑performance cloud platform.
Working with Google Cloud and partner iKala, OneAD migrated to GCP — using Compute Engine, Cloud Dataproc, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, TensorFlow and Cloud Machine Learning Engine — to scale processing and simplify ML operations. The move cut OneID model training from 3 hours to 1 hour, enabled processing of data covering 99.8% of Taiwan’s digital audience, delivered near‑100% uptime, and improved the precision and value of programmatic video ad targeting.
