Omnisend Helping e-commerce companies create impactful advertising with Google Cloud

Omnisend, a Lithuania-based marketing automation platform for SME ecommerce businesses, needed an infrastructure that could keep up with rapid growth and heavy peak-season demand. Its existing cloud setup had hit its limits, and the company turned to Google Cloud Platform to move from virtual machines to a Kubernetes-based architecture.

With Google Cloud Platform, Omnisend implemented Google Kubernetes Engine, BigQuery, and Vision AI to modernize infrastructure, analytics, and fraud detection. The results included cutting product scaling time from about two hours to 15 minutes, handling three times more traffic during peak season without service disruption, and enabling engineers to run 10 times more experiments per month.
