OfficeRnD needed to modernize its data and analytics approach so developers could move out of a “code red” situation and build new products faster while supporting global expansion. Using Looker as its BI platform, OfficeRnD set out to create a centralized source of truth and more flexible reporting for both its team and customers.

Looker helped OfficeRnD launch Growth Hub, an ecommerce product that gives customers dashboards for occupancy, revenue, and marketing KPIs, plus map and analytics integrations. The impact was immediate: one beta customer increased bookings sixfold in a month, and teams could now drill into source data during board meetings—capabilities that were not possible before using Looker.
