A Google Cloud Platform Case Study
awoo, a MarTech SaaS provider serving more than 16,000 enterprise customers, needed a more flexible and cost-effective way to support its growing services and overseas expansion. Its on-premises setup was becoming harder to scale, and it needed low-latency infrastructure in Taiwan and other target markets to keep marketing automation and AI-driven services running smoothly. The company chose Google Cloud Platform to build a hybrid cloud architecture.
Google Cloud Platform helped awoo migrate its infrastructure using a lift-and-shift approach, with support from Google Cloud engineers and partner iKala. The result was smoother marketing email delivery, real-time AI analytics, and stronger security, while reducing operational workloads and costs. By using Google Cloud’s Taiwan data center, awoo cut latency by 200 milliseconds versus overseas locations, and Cloud CDN further improved response times for recommendation services and APIs in Taiwan and Japan.
