NoBroker Using AI to match homeowners and home seekers with the end-to-end services they need

NoBroker, an AI-driven real estate platform in India, wanted to help home buyers, tenants, and property owners make better decisions while reducing brokerage fees and managing rapid growth and compliance needs. Using Google Cloud Platform products and services such as Google Kubernetes Engine, Google Maps Platform, Cloud Vision AI, Cloud Storage, and Cloud GPUs, NoBroker built a digital property marketplace with smarter search, pricing, and listing tools.

Google Cloud Platform helped NoBroker implement features like Smart Recommendations, Rent-o-meter, Touchless Entry, and a crowdsourced listing program powered by OCR. The results included 95% accurate rent predictions, Touchless Entry authentication in 200 milliseconds, and about 35,000 property listings generated each month, improving speed, security, and property discovery for users.
