NMSWorks Building a solid foundation for seamless telecommunications around the world

NMSWorks, a telecommunications software and services company in India, needed a more flexible way to monitor global subsea and terrestrial cable networks, alert customers in real time, and speed up client onboarding. Before moving to the cloud, its on-premises setup made deployments slow and manual, taking 15 to 25 days and making large-scale data processing difficult. NMSWorks used Google Cloud Platform, including CygNet on Google Cloud along with Compute Engine, BigQuery, Cloud SQL, VPC, and Cloud Load Balancing.

Google Cloud Platform helped NMSWorks templatize its environment, automate deployments, and process massive datasets much faster, cutting a major calculation job from more than 10 days to just 3 minutes and reducing new client onboarding from 25 days to 8 hours. The solution also improved security and customer communications through Cloud Armor, Dialogflow, and Google Chat, while AutoML supported quick custom model creation and prediction. As a result, NMSWorks achieved faster operations, stronger security, and uninterrupted service even during remote work.
