Moving to Google Workspace for easier and more effective collaboration

Mantel Group, a fast-growing technology consultancy, needed to get new employees productive quickly while minimizing time spent on internal administration. Before the change, the company worked across multiple platforms, and it wanted a more efficient, secure, and collaborative way to run its business using Google Cloud Platform services, especially Google Workspace.

Google Cloud Platform helped Mantel Group migrate 120 staff to Google Workspace in April 2019, with users moving to Calendar, Docs, Drive, Forms, Gmail, Google Meet, Sheets, and Slides within a week. The rollout was smooth thanks to two weeks of testing and the fact that 80% of employees were already familiar with the tools, reducing training needs and enabling better collaboration, simpler document management, and more secure access.
