Looker helped TecPal turn appliance and usage data into business intelligence, visualizing information from BigQuery to better understand errors, performance, and user behavior. With this solution, TecPal achieved 1-second control latency in Europe and America, maintained backend availability for more than a million devices, and improved its ability to scale during peak periods while keeping data compliant across jurisdictions like GDPR regions.
