KKday Ensuring efficient and secure global collaboration to deliver unique travel experiences

KKday, a Taiwan-based ecommerce travel platform offering more than 300,000 tours and activities across 92 countries, needed reliable, easy-to-manage collaboration tools to support its global operations and growing hybrid workforce. Using Google Cloud Platform’s Google Workspace, KKday replaced its self-managed email setup to improve communication, reduce operational effort, and support collaboration across 12 office locations and more than 700 employees.

Google Cloud Platform implemented Google Workspace services including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Meet, Google Calendar, and Google Account login for over 70 internal systems. The results included 37% lower operational costs through flexible subscriptions, 50% less spam, faster issue resolution, secure file access, and stronger compliance; KKday also reduced the need for dedicated engineers to manage mail and file servers while enabling a permanent hybrid work model.
