Just Kitchen Using data analytics to deliver quality cuisines quickly to every doorstep

Just Kitchen, a Taiwan-based virtual kitchen and food delivery company, needed a scalable way to unify its restaurant management, supply chain, ordering, and analytics data as it expanded across Asia and processed more than 200,000 orders a month. To support faster delivery and better decision-making, it chose Google Cloud Platform, using services like Cloud SQL, BigQuery, Compute Engine, Cloud Load Balancing, and Cloud CDN.

With help from Google Cloud partner GAIA, Just Kitchen built its JKOS platform on Google Cloud and centralized its business data for analysis and operations. The results included a 20% reduction in food preparation time, 30% lower operational costs, and nearly zero downtime even during 10X traffic spikes, while also improving order speed and scalability for future growth.
