Jellyfish, a global digital marketing consultancy and Google Cloud partner, needed to fix performance and scaling issues in its ContentPlace content production platform, which was running on on-premises infrastructure in France but serving users worldwide. The company was especially affected by latency for APAC users and slow, difficult-to-manage development workflows.

Jellyfish migrated ContentPlace to Google Cloud Platform, using services including Google Kubernetes Engine, Cloud SQL, Cloud CDN, Memorystore, Cloud Storage, Terraform, and Jenkins to improve performance, scalability, security, and delivery speed. As a result, Google Cloud Platform helped Jellyfish deliver a 3x faster platform for APAC users and cut the cost per development environment by 50%, while also improving reliability, availability, and GDPR-ready data protection.
