Google Cloud Platform helped JRG unify siloed data with BigQuery and use Recommendations AI and Optimize 360 to deliver more personalized marketing and shopping experiences. The results included a more than 200% increase in return on ad spend, a 12% lift in add-on rate, and an average order value increase of more than 30%, along with better A/B testing and more precise customer segmentation.
