Casa dos Ventos, one of Brazil’s largest renewable energy developers and clean power sellers, needed better collaboration and far more scalable data processing to support growth. Working with Looker-related Google Cloud analytics tools as part of its cloud-first move, the company aimed to overcome on-premises limits, speed up forecasting and engineering calculations, and support over 300 employees across multiple offices.

Looker and Google Cloud helped Casa dos Ventos centralize data operations in the cloud, improve collaboration, and automate analytics with tools like BigQuery and AI Platform. The results were significant: 90% of processing workloads moved to Google Cloud, a wind power simulation time dropped from 15 days to 1 day, and 20 years of data could be processed in under two hours, freeing teams to focus on higher-value work.
