Looker helped HOLZRICHTER Berlin build a BI platform centered on BigQuery and connected to Looker Studio, creating custom dashboards and bringing multiple data sources together in one place. The results included data access expanding from 20% to 100% of employees, faster and more proactive customer service responses, and stronger data-driven decision-making across the company.
