Haravan Improving omnichannel sales capabilities in Vietnam with instant Google Cloud scaling power

Haravan, a Vietnamese multichannel commerce platform serving more than 50,000 clients, needed infrastructure that could support rapid growth and major sales surges while maintaining a 99.97% uptime commitment. As its omnichannel SaaS business expanded, it faced challenges scaling manually managed systems and controlling infrastructure costs. Haravan worked with Google Cloud Platform, using Google Kubernetes Engine and other cloud services to support its retail platform.

Google Cloud Platform helped Haravan migrate to a more scalable cloud architecture and, with guidance from Cloud Ace, separate workloads between GKE and preemptible VMs. This reduced cloud computing costs by 30%, enabled zero-downtime handling of 300% to 500% demand spikes, and supported double-digit growth for Haravan’s customers. Google Cloud Platform also set Haravan up for future AI and data analytics expansion through tools like Dialogflow, Speech-to-Text, and BigQuery.
