Google Cloud Platform helped Green Flag implement location-based tools such as the Places API, Maps JavaScript API, Directions API, and Distance Matrix API. As a result, call center agents can pinpoint customers by nearby landmarks instead of asking for an address, speeding up rescue dispatch and improving the customer journey; Green Flag reports the system helps locate stranded customers faster and enables optimized route planning for technicians.
