GoGoX Optimizing logistics services with real-time data prediction

GoGoX, a Hong Kong-based logistics technology company operating across more than 360 cities in Asia, wanted to modernize its platform and build real-time predictive analytics while keeping infrastructure stable and operations lightweight. To do this, it turned to Google Cloud Platform, using container and data tools to support its logistics services and centralize data from multiple sources.

With Google Cloud Platform, GoGoX migrated its platform to Google Kubernetes Engine, Cloud SQL, Google Maps Platform, Cloud Composer, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, and Dataflow to run workloads, orchestrate ETL pipelines, and stream data for machine learning. The results included a smoother migration, reduced manual work, higher infrastructure reliability, and better decision-making; its order assignment model cut driver subsidy by 42%, increased orders served by 96%, and reduced total incentives by 30%.
