GlobalLogic is a digital product engineering firm with over 11,000 employees across 30 delivery centers. Facing the challenge of turning dispersed, personal knowledge (emails, attachments, Drive files) into shared institutional know-how, the company needed a secure, cost-effective way to centralize engineering resources and accelerate collaboration after moving to G Suite.

GlobalLogic built a Practices Portal on Google Sites and Google Cloud Platform, leveraging Dialogflow, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Endpoints, IAM and Hangouts Chat to provide conversational search, serverless processing, flexible APIs and granular security. The portal cut content management costs, boosted reuse of more than 200 PoCs and 100+ webinars, and delivered faster project turnaround—up to three times quicker—while increasing employee contributions and innovation.
