GGN Mastering Credit improving on-the-road productivity of financial consultants

GGN Mastering Credit, part of the Netherlands’ largest bailiff and collection group, sends about 100 financial consultants on daily house visits to help consumers manage invoices and debt. The company needed a reliable mapping and routing platform to optimize driving routes, confirm locations on arrival, and give consultants instant access to client financial data on the road.

GGN built a tablet-based, web app using Google Maps Platform (Maps JavaScript API and Street View) with preloaded daily addresses and routes. The solution increased consultant productivity—about 20% more visits per day and 20% fewer office calls—while cutting unnecessary driving by around 10–12%, closing credit cases 10% faster, and saving roughly 30,000 km of driving per day.
