Raw, the global denim brand G-Star RAW, needed a more modern data foundation to support its omnichannel strategy and build a true customer 360 view. Its older on-premise data warehouse and dashboards were too rigid to handle new data sources, real-time analysis, and advanced analytics for online sales and customer insights.

Using Google Cloud Platform, Raw rebuilt its data architecture on BigQuery and added managed services like Cloud Composer and Cloud Functions, while integrating sources such as OMS, Google Analytics, social media, store sales, and SAP data. With Google Cloud Platform, Raw can now analyze heterogeneous data faster and more deeply, launch new indicators more quickly, and better measure marketing effectiveness and omnichannel performance, all while accelerating implementation through scalable managed services.
