A Google Cloud Platform Case Study
Frazer, Ltd., the U.S. leader in generator-powered emergency vehicles and mobile clinics — including CT-equipped mobile stroke units and community screening clinics — needed a more reliable, cost-effective platform to run a new ERP and CPQ system. After struggling with poor performance and support from a small hosting provider, Frazer sought a cloud partner that could speed deployments, cut infrastructure overhead, and align with its customer-first values.
Frazer migrated about 95% of its infrastructure to Google Cloud Platform, moving ERP, manufacturing systems, and G Suite into the cloud. The change doubled performance (halved load and boot times), sped up environment provisioning to nearly instant, and reduced IT costs by 25% versus the prior host; it also cut infrastructure costs roughly six-fold, eliminated maintenance and DRaaS fees, and freed IT to focus on higher‑value work.
