Fhinck is a Brazilian IT startup that helps large companies improve efficiency in shared services centers, but its data-heavy virtual assistant was struggling with limited scalability, downtime, and slow processing as customer usage grew. To support expansion, Fhinck chose Google Cloud Platform, using BigQuery and other cloud services to modernize its infrastructure.

Google Cloud Platform helped Fhinck migrate 84TB of data and build a more scalable, serverless environment with BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Storage. The results were significant: requests per minute rose from 2,000 to nearly 40,000, database query response times dropped from 3 minutes to 5 seconds, request collection time improved from 40 to 10 seconds, and the company achieved about 40% cost savings while also strengthening security.
