Federal Bank partnered with Google Cloud Platform, using Dialogflow to build Feddy, an AI personal assistant for banking. The bank’s challenge was that earlier conversational AI tools struggled with colloquial questions, lacked contextual understanding, and required constant manual training, making it hard to deliver truly intelligent customer interactions.

Google Cloud Platform, through Dialogflow and related AI capabilities, enabled Feddy to understand natural language, learn automatically, and respond with context-aware answers. The result was about 98% response accuracy, up to 1.4 million queries handled per year, a savings of up to five hours per day for the development team, and a 25% increase in customer satisfaction.
