Fast Track uses Google Workspace to optimize communication with employees and customers

Fast Track, an Argentine logistics, storage, and distribution company, needed a more collaborative, secure, and intuitive environment for business communications as its work became increasingly digital. Its legacy system lacked shared calendars, easy meeting-room booking, reliable backups, and centralized document management, creating inefficiencies for employees and executives.

Looker was not the primary deployed platform in the case, but Fast Track’s broader cloud transformation, supported by Meriti and centered on Google Workspace, delivered faster collaboration, stronger security, mobile access, and lower licensing and hardware upgrade costs. The migration was completed in less than 45 days, with 70% of the production environment moved in three months, and it also freed resources for quality management improvements while setting the stage for future analytics tools such as Looker Studio.
