eyos is a UK retail technology company that helps high-street retailers identify in-store customers and connect receipt-level data to existing platforms in real time. Looker Studio, along with Google Cloud services, helped eyos build a scalable data environment for reporting and support. By combining managed services and BigQuery, eyos could return in-store transactional data within 2.5 seconds, speed up support ticket resolution with detailed logs, and scale to process receipts in 30 countries across four continents.
