Euromaster, Europe’s leading tyre service and car maintenance network with 2,640 service centres across 17 countries and more than 12 million customers, faced a fragmented enterprise architecture from country-by-country IT practices. That led to shadow IT, hidden costs and slow, duplicative projects as local teams built incompatible solutions to meet regional needs.

Working with Google Cloud Premier Partner Cirruseo, Euromaster built centrally managed but configurable apps on Google App Engine (using Cloud SQL, BigQuery and Firebase) with G Suite single sign-on. The solution reduced DevOps burden, enabled mobile real‑time vehicle checks and productivity forecasting, improved standardisation and transparency of shadow IT spending, and delivered cost‑effective, scalable deployment with sustained‑usage discounts.
