Elevating SMB ecommerce with AI

New Aim, an ecommerce provider specializing in home and living products, needed to improve service uptime and modernize its infrastructure to better manage its complex supply chain and warehouse operations. Using Google Cloud Platform, it began migrating key systems such as warehouse and order management and Dropshipzone while also looking to use real-time data and AI to support faster, more accurate operations.

Google Cloud Platform implemented a cloud environment built on Compute Engine, Anthos, Cloud SQL, Firestore, Cloud VPN, Cloud Armor, and BigQuery to power New Aim’s digital supply chain and internal platform AimCore. The result was a rise in service uptime from 97% to 99%, plus the ability to detect and visualize issues before they affected customers, cutting response times from hours to just 15 minutes.
