Dozens, a UK fintech app offering current accounts, budgeting, savings, and investment tools, wanted to help customers better understand where and how they spent money while building trust in a new financial product. To solve this challenge, Dozens used Google Cloud Platform’s Google Maps Platform, along with Snowdrop Solutions, to add rich location context to transactions and reduce confusion around unfamiliar merchant names.

Google Cloud Platform enabled Dozens to map spending, validate transactions, and provide dynamic insights such as heat maps and location-based summaries. The results included a 90% reduction in support costs from fewer customer service calls, user growth to over 40,000 with 100% growth in six months, and stronger customer trust reflected in exceeding balance targets; 65% of customers were outside London and 35% were over age 35.
