PasarPolis is an Indonesian insurtech platform serving Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam with microinsurance products for underserved customers. PasarPolis turned to Looker’s Google Cloud ecosystem, including Kubernetes-based infrastructure and BigQuery, to support that growth.

Looker helped PasarPolis streamline operations with automated scaling and integrated cloud services, reducing DevOps tasks by more than 50% and eliminating the need for a dedicated DevOps team. The platform now absorbs 3x to 4x demand spikes automatically, supports 70 million policies per month, and has grown data processing from gigabyte to more than 10 terabytes, enabling faster analytics and better risk assessment.
