Christus Muguerza takes a patient-centered approach supported by Google Cloud

Christus Muguerza, the largest private health system in northern Mexico, needed a way to combine isolated patient information and automate analysis to better predict and treat postsurgical pain. With Google Cloud Platform, it set out to modernize its pain-control process and improve real-time monitoring across its hospitals and care centers.

Google Cloud Platform implemented an automated, scalable multicloud solution using tools such as Dialogflow, Firestore, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Vertex AI, and Cloud Functions. The result was 90% workflow automation, 35,000 monthly API applications, 40% time saved for workers, $450,000 in infrastructure savings, and the ability to predict 77% of acute pain episodes.
