Choreograph Scaling advertising audience solutions globally with Google Cloud

Choreograph, WPP’s global data products and technology company, needed to scale its data iq adtech platform as customer demand grew across regions, but its on-premises infrastructure was becoming too slow and costly to expand. The team turned to Google Cloud Platform and Google Cloud services to support millions of real-time data transactions and avoid long hardware deployment delays.

Google Cloud Platform helped Choreograph rearchitect its platform for the cloud, moving clustered workloads to managed services and shifting from Couchbase and Hadoop to Cloud Bigtable and Dataproc, with GKE for container management. The migration was completed in four-month sprints across APAC, AMIA, and North America, cutting initial cloud costs by 50% and reducing overall system costs by more than 50% without replatforming applications.
