Globus, the Swiss luxury retailer, needed to modernize its on-premises data infrastructure so it could make faster decisions, improve customer experiences, and operate more independently from its parent company. Looker and Google Cloud helped Globus move data processing from 24 hours to seconds, enable real-time access to store data, and eliminate 100 hours of monthly work spent creating supplier reports. With the new cloud-based setup, Globus built controlled supplier dashboards, sped up internal decision-making, and freed teams to focus on higher-value work while giving suppliers daily insights instead of monthly updates.
