boodmo boosting customer acquisition with Google Cloud Platform and OWOX BI

boodmo, founded in 2015, is India’s largest online marketplace for automotive parts. Facing very limited customer data and fragmented sources (Google Analytics, AdWords, website and order/CRM data), the company struggled to analyze customer behavior, identify profitable marketing channels and produce timely reports—report requests could take developers weeks to fulfill.

boodmo partnered with OWOX to pipe AdWords, Google Analytics, website and order data into Google BigQuery using the OWOX BI Pipeline, then visualized and automated reports in Google Sheets with Apps Script. The result was near–real-time, consolidated analytics that enabled faster ad‑hoc queries, lifecycle modeling, identification of the most profitable acquisition channels, optimized marketing spend and significant reductions in reporting time and developer effort.
