Benefício Fácil, a São Paulo–based company that manages and distributes employee benefits across Brazil, processes up to one million benefits per month. Rapid growth and a new feature that split monthly orders into weekly ones quadrupled their processing load, creating performance and scalability problems while they were running on AWS and managing infrastructure in-house.

The company migrated to Google Cloud Platform—leveraging App Engine along with Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Datastore and BigQuery—so services could autoscale to absorb traffic spikes and the 4x increase in processing. This eliminated time‑consuming infrastructure maintenance, cut wasted capacity, moved development from monthly to weekly cycles, accelerated feature delivery and boosted overall productivity.
