Banco Davivienda, Colombia’s third-largest bank, wanted to improve customer experience and reduce manual internal processes as part of a broader digital transformation. Although it had already built a strong digital reputation, it needed a more collaborative, efficient way of working for its 19,000 employees across 6 countries, and it chose Google Workspace from Google Cloud Platform to help drive that change.

Using Google Cloud Platform solutions, Banco Davivienda rapidly rolled out Google Workspace, Google Meet, shared drives, dashboards, and custom workflow tools to modernize sales, meetings, reporting, and collaboration. The results included a 15% sales increase in the first six months, more than US$2.8 million in efficiency savings, 13,000 hours saved annually, and full follow-up on 100% of strategic actions, with adoption reaching over 95% at its peak.
