awoo Intelligence Offering highly automated marketing technology services with a cloud infrastructure

awoo Intelligence, a SaaS MarTech provider serving more than 16,000 enterprise customers, needed a more flexible and cost-effective way to run its growing marketing automation services as it expanded across Asia. To support low-latency delivery and a hybrid cloud setup, awoo chose Google Cloud Platform, including Google Cloud and GKE, after moving from on-premises infrastructure.

Google Cloud Platform helped awoo migrate its services using a lift-and-shift approach with support from Google Cloud experts and partner iKala, while also enabling real-time AI analytics and smoother email delivery. By using Google Cloud’s Taiwan data center and Cloud CDN, awoo cut latency by about 200 milliseconds for local customers and improved response times for recommendation services and APIs, reducing operational workloads and costs while strengthening security and regional expansion.
