Google Cloud Platform implemented a highly available, agile infrastructure that automated scaling and simplified administration, while Google Workspace enabled real-time collaboration through Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Drive, and Gmail. The results included the ability to support hundreds of new clients per week, handle 5X fluctuations in user demand, and reduce document-edit turnaround by up to 15 minutes, all while letting one person manage back-end processes.
